Welcome to the ICANN Grant Program Application Platform, powered by Submittable.


PLEASE NOTE: For the 2024 cycle, the application window is open from March 25, 2024, 15:00 UTC to May 24, 2024, 20:00 UTC. All applications must be submitted through this online application platform by May 24, 2024, 20:00 UTC in order to be considered for the Grant Program.


Quick Start Guide:

  • Before starting an application, we encourage you to review the ICANN Grant Program Applicant Guide in its entirety on the ICANN Grant Program webpage.   
  • Access to the application form requires an ICANN Account. After clicking Apply, follow the instructions on the screen to login in through ICANN Account. Additional guidance is found in the ICANN Grant Program Applicant Guide. 
  • ICANN is using the Submittable platform to support the lifecycle of applications to the ICANN Grant Program. At times, ICANN Grant Program applicants will interface with parts of the Submittable platform that are not customized to the ICANN Grant Program. When accessing your ICANN Grant Program submission, you will always be required to log in through the ICANN Account process. If your organization is currently using the Submittable platform for other projects, ICANN encourages you to consider associating a different email address with your ICANN Account than you use for your other existing projects within Submittable.
  • Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer and older versions of Edge are not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser, and that the files are valid file types. You can find the acceptable file types under the "Choose File" button below questions which require file uploads on the application form.
  • You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date. All applications must be submitted before the deadline listed above in order to be considered. 
  • Notification of receipt of your submission will be sent by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable account regularly.

Please use a laptop or desktop computer, if possible, when submitting your application, as file uploads may not work on some mobile devices. If you experience issues with file uploads, please try a different browser. The Submittable platform works best with Safari, Firefox, or Chrome browsers.
